Shred Connect does not have a contract for scheduled paper shredding service. If you wish to cancel, we ask for a 30-day notice.
Shred Connect charges by the service. For example, if you require multiple visits within a month, then the cost would be higher than having service once a month.
You are provided with an invoice each month with net 30 term. You will never find extra charges on your invoice (i.e., fuel and recycle fees) unless extra material was agreed upon by both parties.
You can click this link to request earlier service. If this situation occurs more than a few times, we will recommend a larger container for less-frequent service.
We ask that you keep extra material in boxes. These boxes will be picked up at your next scheduled service. We charge by the box at a discount rate.
The container is included with service. We maintain ownership of the container. If you no longer need or want service, we collect the container(s) and key(s). The only time you would be charged for the container cost is if it gets damaged.
Yes. We ask that you just deposit paper. We have had to remove trash, gum, paper plates, personal tissue products, magazines, books, Pendaflex®. The first time there is material other than paper in the shred container, we will send an email to the contact on file. Further occurrences may result in service cancellation.
The service will cost an additional $15.00/service.
If you need to change the terms of service agreed upon at the start, it is not a problem. We may have to adjust your schedule due to routing.
