How soon can I have service?
Availability depends on schedule. If we have an opening the day you call to schedule service, you will be offered the next available time slot. Priority Service guarantees same-day and costs $35.00.

Do you shred on-site?

We shred everything on-site. We charge a minimum for shredding on-site which covers up to 10 boxes.

For fewer quantities (i.e., 5 boxes or less), it is more affordable to use our Drop & Shred service.

What can be shredded?

Staples, paper clips, binder clips, Pendaflex, and metal bindings are acceptable for shredding.

What can’t be shredded?

The shredder doesn’t like 3-ring binders, plastics such as sheet protectors or file folders, phone books, hard-bound books, or bound ledgers (accounting-purpose) thicker than 4 inches.  Additional charges will apply for separating papers from binders, sheet protectors or metal-bound accounting ledgers.

Can I bring my boxes to your location?
We do not have storefront locations, however local mail and self storage facilities are set up to accept material on our behalf. See our convenient drop off locations for more information.

How big is a ‘box?’
We typically charge by a standard-size file storage box.

What if my stuff is in garbage bags?

We can’t shred plastic, however, the contents can be emptied into a container and shredded. You will be charged by the container.

How long does it take to shred?

It takes about 2-3 minutes to shred a 64-gallon container of material – which is equivalent to 6-7 boxes.

Can you take away my boxes?

If the boxes are flattened, we can take them for recycle.

Can I keep my boxes?

Sure.
